Since we have that the sum of all exterior angles of any convex polygon adds 360°, we will have the following:

3(x)+5(2x+7)=360

Now, we operate like terms and solve for x:

3x+10x+35=360\Rightarrow13x+35=360
\Rightarrow13x=325\Rightarrow x=25

So, the value of x is 25.

And, the value of (2x + 7) is 57.
