Spring equinox is the point (time) at which the sun crosses the plane of the earth’s equator and shines directly at it to make night and day almost the same length. Spring equinox occur during the first time of the year while the second equinox (Autumnal or Fall equinox) occur after it within the year. Spring equinox occur around March 21 in the Northern hemisphere.
