The answer is B.) 45 Degrees.
So to find I just find the measures of the other angles in that triangle. Which are G and H. G is 75 degrees because G and F are supplementary meaning they add up to 180 degrees, since F is given to be 105 degrees then 180-105=75. That the first one on to the next, again CGE are also supplementary so since C is given to be 83 and E is given to be 37 then 83+37=120. To make it 180 just subtract to find H, 180-120=60 degrees. All triangles have 3 angles that form 180 degrees so you get your answers for the other angles, 75 and 60 making 135 degrees for both. Subtract, 180-135= 45. The missing angle which is angle I is equal to 45 degrees.
