Jim wants to buy a car, but he’ll probably only need it for a couple of years. He has a short commute to work, so he won’t be putting many miles on his vehicle. What’s the best transportation option for Jim?

The question is kind of vague but is he has the option to go ahead and get something other than a car seeing as his commute is small i'd other take public transportation or getting simply a bike. If that is not one of the available answers than i'd say he should go ahead and get a cheap, and reliable used car for his small commutes to get him from place to place.
