What is f(x) = −(−2)x evaluated for x = 2?

So you could write f(x) as 2f. -(-2) would be 2. 2x2 is 4, so 2f = 4. Since 2x2 is 4, f would be 4. (I'm not sure if that made any sense, but hope I helped!)
