I had to look for the options and here is my answer:

In observation, what we do is we collect data, and through this data, we create a hypothesis. A hypothesis is a statement based on the what we observed and is yet to be proven through experimentation. So, the statement that describes an observation and hypothesis which could ascend to a new experimentation is this: "Dr. Sattler discovers a new plant that grows near underwater volcanoes.
