we know that

To find how many pans of brownies did Jason give to his sisters, multiply the total pans of brownies by
(1)/(4)

so


7*(1)/(4)=(7)/(4) \ pans\ of\ brownies

convert to mixed number


(7)/(4)\ pans\ of\ brownies=(4)/(4)+(3)/(4)=1(3)/(4)\ pans\ of\ brownies
