A sector of a circle has an area of 16.75 square inches. The central angle is 120 degrees. Calculate the length of the radius.

Answer:

17.14

Explanation:

Area of sector= 120/360(πr^2)

16.75^2 = 120π/360 (r^2)

(π/3)16.75^2 = π/3 r^2(π/3)

293.8 = r^2

r= √293.8

r= 17.14
