Sometimes we make repeated mistakes in our work that, when not corrected, we take as correct, which can cause discomfort for our immediate bosses and can even affect the goals of the company, therefore, it is good that we dialogue with our immediate boss regarding to that weak points that we have within our job functions.

Once we recognize the mistakes we are making, the next step is to improve them, however, in some cases it is not about lack of will, but about ability, therefore if it is a skill that we have not developed we can take courses to improve in this aspect (such as leadership) or try to improve autonomously.
3. Perhaps the reason for the dismissal is that our bosses consider that our commitment to the company is very poor, so a good way to demonstrate the contrary is to participate in extra-labor activities organized by the company, either in logistics or by providing a little money.
4.
