If somebody could quickly help me that would be very nice. you could look up on google "almost summer sky" by jacqueline woodson. how does the poet use personification to describe the trees?

a. trees upstate think they are better than other trees
b.the hundred year old trees act like men
c. the tops of the trees reach up and touch the sky
d. trees reach out their leaves and invite you to sit in their shade i think a, but they all look like personification to me and there's no all of the above choice. please help as soon as anyone can! thank you in advance.

I would say B on this one. It is personification because the author is likening the trees to actual men, which is basically personification.
