this makes no sense because the rows have to be smaller than the bookshelf
the rows fit in the bookshelf

the way to do it would be height of bookshelf/height per row=number of rows (round down)
if we used that, then 112/316=0.35 rows
round down
0
so we got 0 shelves because it is impossible to have a row higher than the bookshelf that it is on
