I as a Latina, have heard many ways of saying it such as:

Que honda amigo

Que hubole amigo

Que pex amigo

Pretty funny but true, they all mean “what’s up friend”

Salvadorian version:
Que onda bicho? = What's up, friend?

Common spanish way:
Que ondas.
