its 4 an 3 5ths
because 3+1=4 and 2+1=3 and the donomenator is 5 so yeah

3 and 2/5 turns into 17/5
1 and 1/5 turns into 6/5
17+6= 23
23/5 simplifies to 4 and 3/5
