1/9 is the width because (1/6)/(3/2)
29/9 is the perimeter because 2(width+length)

area=lenght times width
so
1/6=area
length=1.5
we can make it nicer by doing
1.5=1+1/2=2/2+1/2=3/2

1/6=3/2 times width
times both sides by 2/3
2/18=width
1/9=width

perimiter=2(L+W)
P=2(3/2+1/9)
P=2(27/18+2/18)
P=2(29/18)
P=58/18
P=29/9

width=1/9cm
perimiter=29/9 cm or 3 and 2/9cm
