I assumed the base year is 2017
; because the time is not mentioned
So 2017-2010=7 years
P=7,600,000÷(1+0.023)^(7)
P=6,481,628.81
2017-1980=37
P=7,600,000÷(1+0.023)^(37)
P=3,276,537.51
