What is the approximate volume of a cone with a height of 9 ft and radius of 3 ft?

Use 3.14 to approximate pi, and express your final answer to the nearest hundredth.

I got the answer 84.78 from doing (1/3)(3.14)(9)(9), but I'm not sure how to round it.
Please correct me with an explanation if I am wrong.

V=(1/3)hpir^2
h=9
r=3
V=(1/3)(9)(3.14)(3^2)
so you aer right because 3^2=9

well, the rounding should be told to you by your teacher
sometimes they don't want you to round
since they told you to use 3.14 for pi, I don't think you should round

just do 84.78 cubic feet
