I'm assuming you meant a 5% discount.
2 * $3.50 = 7
4 * 3.25 = 13
2 * 1.90 = 3.80
7 + 13 + 3.8 = 23.8
0.05 * 23.8 = 1.19
23.8 - 1.19 = 22.61
Nathaniel spent $22.61.
