0.95 x 10 ^8 the first one is not written in scientific notation.

0.95x 10 ^8 = 95000000 which written in scientific notation is:

Thus, 9.5 x 10 ^7 that's the correct answer.

The first one. Scientific notation is 1.xx x 10^x. 0.95 is not right
