You can find the area of the rectangle and the area of the two circles. You could then add them together.

To find the side length of the rectangle, find the circumference of one of the circles:

1.5*2*pi = 3pi

Now you can find the area of the rectangle: 5*3pi = 15pi.

The area of one of the circles is (1.5^2)pi = 2.25pi

The area of two of them is 5.5pi.

Adding everything together is 15pi + 5.5pi = 20.5pi

This is about 64.4026494.
