-15(x-4)=-2
-15x+60=-2 *distribution done*
-60 -60 *60s are cancelled out*
-15x=-62 *divide -62 by -15*
x= 62/15

divide both sides by -15
x-4=2/15
add 4 to both sides
note: 4=60/15
x=62/15
