I think the answer is:
"I've not seen thee before today."
Dialect is the slang and way people talk in a certain region and certainly all of America doesn't talk like that.

I'm gonna go with D. "Well, here you are." because dialect means the language used by a group of people..... D. is demonstrating how they just got there or to the place they where heading to.
