The answer is NO.

This is because a rotation of order 5, that is for every 360/5 degrees the pentagon will be a rotation onto itself.

This implies that for every 72 degrees the pentagon will rotate onto itself. Since 673 degrees is not a multiple of 72, therefore rotating a pentagon 673 degrees does not result in a rotation onto itself.o
