It would be C. The figure has to have the exact same orientation, just in a different spot on the coordinate plane. So C. is the answer.
Hope this helps! The only way it could be the other ones is if it was a reflection or rotation.

Because it is a translation that means that the orientation of the shape doesn't change, it just moves (slides) so the answer would be C because in a translation the orientation does not change
