2ab^3+6a^3-4ab^2

Substitute the values of a = 2 and b = 4 to the expression:

2\cdot2\cdot4^3+6\cdot2^3-4\cdot2\cdot4^2\\\\=4\cdot64+6\cdot8-8\cdot16\\\\=256+48-128\\\\=176
