5/2=15/6
2/3=4/6
15/6+4/6+n=1/6
19/6+n=1/6
n=1/6-19/6
n=-18/6
n=-3
So, your answer is

clear the fractions
times everybody by 6
15+4+6n=1
19+6n=1
minus 19 both sides
6n=-18
divide both sides by 6
n=-3
