It is given that the graph represents Ms S and The equation represents Ms J.

The equation from the graph for Ms S is given by:

\begin{gathered} (y-0)/(x-0)=(10-0)/(1-0) \\ y=10x \end{gathered}

So in one minute, Ms S completes 10 meters.

She will complete 60 meters in the time calculated as follows:

\begin{gathered} 60=10x \\ x=6 \end{gathered}

So Ms S will complete the race in 6 minutes.

Now Ms J will compelete 60 meters in time calculated as follows:

\begin{gathered} 60=8x+15_{} \\ 45=8x \\ x=(45)/(8)=5.625 \end{gathered}

Hence Ms J will complete the race in 5.625 minutes.

Hence Ms J will win the race

Option B is correct.
