i would say C

the image shown in the attachment is what i assume is the question and answers you need.

I say C as with my experience of hypotenuses is that it is a + b = c and we can probably say that the fence line is the hypotenuse as it looks to be longer than the other two. And since we have 200 feet and 70 feet 200+70 = 270 which is not enough to be 280 so it would have to be C.

Also it would NOT be B or A as the hypotenuse has to be longer and the other two choices are shorter than the combined.

C would be the closest to a realistic answer without going over 270. This is just a really bad question to have to answer especially since it is angled so weird. But i am fairly certain it is C

The only possible answer is D. Two shorter sides of a triangle must add up to more than the longest side of any triangle.
