I'm not 100% sure... But I think D Are Cold Currents. Again, I'm not 100% sure.

Answer:
D are cold currents
Step-by-step explanation:
The Benguela Current -
an eastern contour current that forms part of the subtropical vortex of the South Atlantic and flows along the southwest coast of Africa. From the Cape of Good Hope, it moves northwest to join the Angolan current. In its southern part, it is characterized by a resurgence of cold, rich waters, while in its northern part is dominated by warm and tropical waters.
The Peru Current -
or
The Humboldt
corresponds to one of the Pacific Ocean's surface sea currents, considered the coldest in the world, at approximately 8 ° C below the average ocean temperature. This current originates near Antarctica (so it is very cold) and travels northwards from the Pacific Ocean to the western coast of South America, along the coasts of Chile and Peru. It is responsible for the formation of deserts due to the low temperature and low relative humidity transferred to the atmosphere, so that there is a large geographical barrier that holds moisture: the Andes. Thus evaporation of water is prevented by letting the local air mass dry and helping to form the arid climate of Chile's Atacama Desert, considered the driest in the world
.
The California Current
- off the coast of North America, at latitude 50o N, the drift stream gives rise the current of California, that borders the peninsula of the same name and turns southwest. It is a cold current, due to the rise of deep water.
