Dionne was very excited to start working on her new fitness plan, so she started riding her bike 17 miles a day, every day. After a week, she was feeling very tired and her muscles were sore. What is the best thing Dionne can do to prevent this problem in the future?

Since she is riding 17 miles everyday, she should put in a day or two of rest. That will help give her muscles a break. She also needs to make sure to drink lots of water.
