Rectangular garden:
length: 13 meters ; width: 10 meters

Area = 13 m x 10 m = 130 m²

Increase area to 208 m²

Find factors of 208 that is greater than 13.
208 / 13 = 16

Length: 13 + 3 = 16
Width: 10 + 3 = 13

The new rectangular garden will have a length of 16 meters and a width of 13 meters.
