If the circumference of circle B is referred to as "C", then the circumference of A becomes "3C"
(C/2π)^2 x π= Area of circle B = C^2/4π
(3C/2π)^2 x π = Area of circle A = 9C^2/4π

Therefore, the area of Circle A is 9 times that of Circle B

Hope I helped!! xx
