Answer:

answer below

Step-by-step explanation:

The positive effect of dropping the bombs was ending world war II, the negative effects were the deaths of 1,040,000 people. Another negative effect was the lasting radioactive damage it did to the environment and people’s genetics. This event greatly changed the relationship between science and government because it showed the potential for gains of power through research. This also increased the political power of countries with nuclear weapons through the concept of mutually assured destruction.

I feel gross describing any part of this as positive :(

Answer:

End of war and death of people.

Step-by-step explanation:

The positive effect of dropping atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki is the end of world war II but the negative effect to this dropping is the death of 1,40,000 people. It also has a adverse effect on the environment due to the emission of radiations. This event greatly change the relationship between science and government because the government has gain power due to science and this technology over other countries. There are good relations among countries that possess nuclear weapons because they knew that nucleus will destroy them both so they formed good relations with each other.
