first the NH4Cl will dissociate into its ions because it the solution is aqueous solution.
NH4Cl --> NH4+ + Cl-
then the NH4+ will reestablish its equilibrium because the its is an NH3 solution used.

NH4 --> H+ NH3
since there are more NH3 then the backward reaction will be favored, forminng more of NH4

NH4Cl is a salt thus when it is dissolved in water it dissociates into its corresponding ions which are NH4+ and Cl-. NH4+ would want to be in equilibrium. It would dissociate into H+ and NH3. However, the solvent contains more NH3 making the backward reaction to be favored. Therefore, NH4 will stay as it is and more NH4 would be made until it reaches equilibrium.
