Heat rises, and it is warmer at the equator, so I think warm air would rise at the equator and move towards the cooler poles.

Answer: Option (a) is the correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

If Earth did not rotate then the side of Earth which is nearer to the Sun will be the warmest. As a result, there will be presence of more warm air.

This air will then rise and move towards the poles, that is, colder regions which are far away from Sun.

Thus, we can conclude that if earth did not rotate then air would rise and move toward the poles at the equator.
