The correct answer should be Relief for the jobless, recovery for the economy, and reform to prevent another depression

The starting words of each of those three are actually what the slogan for it was, relief, recovery, and reform. They wanted to reduce poverty and joblessness while also helping the banks and the people. They were successful but the degree of helpfulness is still debatable today.
