On Sundays, slaves could do the following.

They could tend to their gardens.
They could sing, dance, and worship.
They had no freedom; it was just another day at work.
They could go into town and shop.

They had limited freedom, but they still had freedom, so I would say either the first one or the second one. I'm not completely sure, so i will let you figure that out between those two.
