Well you know how 4 and lower goes down and 5 and up goes up it means 6.51 would be rounded to 7. 8.74 would be 9, 21.25 is 21.30. What do you think the rest would be now?

Anything above half is rounded up and anything below half is rounded down.
8.74 = 9
21.25 = 21.3 so the distance is |5|
18.68 = 18.7 so the distance is |2|
15.33 = 15.3 so the distance is |-3|
