Data:

P_(1) = 3.4\:atm

T_(1) = 713\:K

P_(2) = ?

T_(2) = 273\:K

Formula:

( P_(1) )/( T_(1) ) = ( P_(2) )/( T_(2) )
Product of extremes equals product of means

P_(1) * T_(2) = P_(2) * T_(1)

Solving:

P_(1) * T_(2) = P_(2) * T_(1)

3.4*713 = P_(2) * 273

2424.2 = 273P_(2)

273P_(2) = 2424.2

P_(2) = (2424.2)/(273)

\boxed{\boxed{P_(2) \approx 8.87\:atm}}\end{array}}\qquad\quad\checkmark
