Woodrow Wilson wanted to establish a League of nations to prevent further outbreaks of war. Many joined the League of Nations however the USA didn't join as they didn't want to be a part of any more European Conflicts. He also created a 14 point peace plan to keep the peace which included the Establishment of the League of Nations but his idea was scrapped.
