What are the elements of health fitness?

Considering the total body, there are six types of fitness:aerobic capacity, body structure, body composition, balance, muscular flexibility and strength. for the follow up question the answers are: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. I really hope this helps greatly.
