The longest side of XYZ is 60 and for ABC it is 24. So, XYZ's sides are 2.5 times longer than ABC's. The other XYZ sides are
20 * 2.5 = 50 and
10*2.5 = 25
XYZ Perimeter = 60 + 50 + 25 = 135 units.
Double Check
ABC's Perimeter = 10+20+24 = 54
XYZ'x Perimeter = 54 * 2.5 = 135
