I think the correct answer would be nickel and zinc chloride. It is the only pair that would lead to a single replacement reaction were nickel would replace chloride. The chlorine and sodium pair would be a synthesis reaction. And the potassium nitrate and lead iodide pair would be a double- replacement reaction.
