Employees=e, listeners=3e
so, 3e+e=152
4e=152
e=152/4=38 tickets to employees, and 3(38)=114 tickets to listeners.

152/4, since you have 4 parts to this equation, 3 parts of it goes to the listeners and 1 part to the employees. so your amount that you give to the employees are 38 tickets
