When it comes to social relations and hierarchy, in the human psychology three important phenomena are played: rule, power, and authority. In determining these concepts, the majority is the opinion, what are the social patterns on the basis of which we determine it. It is always harder to accept someone's authority if we know him well, if he is from our environment. In this case, the crucial role in evaluating someone, the opinion of the majority is important, and usually one is the authority if he comes from an unknown and yet unspecified environment, where we get a served, constructed value about him.
