The purpose of a semicolon is to combine to sentences and make them one

For example, Mary hated her shoes. They were too small. They were also ugly.

Instead of having three different sentences just put semicolons in between.

so the best answer for your question is A.

Roses have a beautiful scent; the ones in the garden are especially fragrant.
