Warm-ups, relaxation techniques, and vocal exercises are extremely helpful to actors because they prepare you for an actual performance. Vocal exercises help actors project their voices to the audience, being able to show emotions, and controlling your voice. Relaxation techniques are important because when you perform in front of a live audience you have to be in control of your nerves. I hope I helped you out.
