question 13-18 & 22-27 will all be answered the same way, so i will walk you through question 13: (6,4) y=3x-2

(x,y)=(6,4)

now that we know the first number in the parenthesis is the x value and the second number in the parenthesis is the y value we can plug it into the equation. (x=6,y=4)

4=3x-2 (add two to each side)

4+2=3x

6=3x (divide 3 from each side)

x=2

---------------

y=3(6)-2

y=18-2

y=16

-------------------
answer: (2,16)

now apply the same principles to the other problems!!! hope this helped!!!
