Center would be (-0.2,-0.1)

and the radius is square root of 0.3 or (0.3)^1/2
√(0.3)

Answer with explanation:

The equation of circle is :

\rightarrow(x+0.2)^2 + (y+0.1)^2 = 0.3\\\\\rightarrow (x-(-0.2))^(2)+(y-(-0.1))^2=(√(0.3))^2\\\\\text{Equation of circle having center (a,b) and radius r is}\\\\(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2

Center = (-0.2, -0.1)

Radius =√0.3
