THE ANSWER IS B, CAUSE THE HIGHEST EXPONENT FOR A QUADRATIC FUNCTION SHOULD BE 2, AND WHICH A,B AND C SHOULD NOT BE EQUAL TO ZERO. HOPE THIS HELPS!
