Answer: 1.5x

Explanation:

If the figure dilates by 1.5 times it will increasingly do the same with the perimeter. It keeps the same ratio of 1.5x.

Ex: If a side of the figure was originally 10 and the dilation factor is 1.5 the side now with be 15. This goes for all sides.
